Everything on our menu we make ourselves and as much of it is as locally sourced and seasonal as possible.
Parts of our menu change daily according to what produce we have available. We buy whole sheep, beef and pork and butcher them down along with enouraging our locals to barter excess fruit, veg, fish and game. We hope you enjoy the experience.
